Do I need to learn new software or do anything new on my end for this to work?
Absolutely not! Once we get we get your AI Scheduling Assistant set-up, ZERO effort will be required on your part. We will we message you and your callers everything you need to know about appointments/call details. You'll also have full access to every AI call recording, chat message, appointment confirmations/reminders and notification settings by simply logging into the LeadCloser Automation portal.
BEST OF ALL, your new AI system also gives you complementary account access to the most robust marketing automation system on the planet where you and/or your team can build/create whatever you choose. However, you get to decide if and when to access the LeadCloser Automation portal to view the analytics or create some magic!
How does Anna schedule appointments?
Anna schedules appointments conversationally, meaning she actually asks the caller for (and extracts) their contact information, including first name, last name, phone number, email address, physical address and service request.
We have two options for scheduling appointments:
Option 1: If we're granted access to your calendar via synchronization with a Google calendar, Anna can check availability and schedule new jobs during the conversation. After scheduling the appointment, Anna immediately delivers a confirmation email and/or text to the customer and sends your team an email and/or text with all the appointment details. In addition, for appointments more than a day out, Anna sends your customer an appointment reminder 24-hours prior to their appointment.
Option 2: We gather "Preferred" and "Alternate" appointment dates along with their contact information and email you the results immediately after the call. Then, you call your customer to confirm the actual appointment and put it on your calendar and send confirmations/notifications as usual.
Scheduling appointments conversationally, rather than sending the caller a link to a scheduling form is proven to result in a much higher conversion rate because the caller doesn't get distracted by life, therefore failing to complete the scheduling process.
How does Anna know my teams availability when scheduling an appointment?
We synchronize with a Google Calendar (and some others) that integrate with a wide variety of CRM's and other platforms for appointment booking, scheduling and dispatching.

The only additional costs possibly incurred are the AI usage costs if you exceed your monthly usage allowance.
